DUNKIN' DONUTS DRIVE-THRU

This makes no sense. I'm driving in my car. I get hungry. I see a Dunkin' Donuts and pull up to the DRIVE-THRU speaker. I order a bagel with cream cheese. When I get to the window, I pay for the bagel and the young girl hands me a bag. I drive away. I reach into the bag and pull out the bagel. I take a bite. It's dry. Damn it! I said, "with cream cheese!" I look in the bag again and find two tiny containers of cream cheese and a plastic knife.  ???
I'M DRIVING A CAR!   Have you ever tried to open those tiny little cream cheese containers and SPREAD THEM ON A BAGEL while you're driving? With a flimsy plastic knife that bends in half because the cream cheese is so thick? I bet you all know what I'm talking about. 
It's RETARDED.
