"I'd like to return this cucumber, please."

I hate when I go to the supermarket and buy a cucumber or a peach or something like that and when I get home I can't wait to eat it but when I take a bite it's rotten! It's so frustrating! I want to take it back, but I would feel stupid returning a cucumber. 
I hate buying rotten produce from the supermarket.
