People who leave their dog's shit on the sidewalk or in someone's parking space or on the FLOOR in a CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX should have to EAT THE SHIT.
Sometimes I think about collecting the piles of shit in a paper bag. I would put the bag in front of their door and light it on fire.
