MY WISHES FOR THE NEW YEAR

I wish for the world to be nicer. For people to GET ALONG. For mother nature to CHILL OUT with all of the catastrophies. For people to STOP ABUSING ANIMALS. For everyone to be healthy- no more CANCER. For a cure to be found to reverse PARALYSIS. For our troops to GET OUT OF IRAQ. For people to STOP LITTERING. For gay marriage to be legalized in every state. For people to stop JUDGING one another. For rapists to be castrated. For murderers to be given the DEATH SENTENCE. For POT to be legalized. For lower divorce rates. For children and animals to be adopted. For ZOO'S to be closed and the animals returned to the wild. For circuses (with animals) to be OUTLAWED. For my father to RETIRE. For more spirituality as opposed to RELIGION. For the New England PATRIOTS to win the super-bowl. For gang members to STOP SHOOTING EACH OTHER. For people to SHUT UP once in a while. For prejudice to DISAPPEAR. For seat-belts on school buses. For the GOVERNMENT to GET A CLUE. (Like, banning harmful chemicals and pesticides from being used in consumer products.) For FACTORY FARMING to be stopped. For kids to stop BULLYING each other. For parents to STOP ABUSING CHILDREN. For the nice guy to FINISH FIRST. For people to stop wearing FUR. For more laughter and less tears. For people to have more compassion, and empathy. For the Evening News to share more positive stories. For myself, to find strength when I'm  falling into the DARKNESS. For people to STOP EXPERIMENTING ON ANIMALS. For my faith to be renewed in humanity. For DIGNITY in Death. For my brother and sister and their families to be safe. For the economy to improve. For condominiums to sell.
