SELF-HEIMLICH

I was shoveling. Hit a bump in the sidewalk. Impaled myself with the shovel, just below the sternum. The handful of M-n-M's I had just eaten came shooting out of my mouth. It was a SELF-HEIMLICH MANEUVER.
I hate shoveling.
