HEAD OR CHEST?

If I had to choose my death from either a bullet to the head or five to the chest, I think I'd go for the chest. There's a small chance of survival with chest wounds. But taking a bullet in your HEAD is a done deal. Unless the killer had bad aim. Then the bullet would probably hit the wall or whatever is behind you... you'd try to run... But he'd catch you and then you'd get shot in the back of your head. What if you didn't die but had severe brain damage and your whole body was paralyzed and you were blind too?

That would suck.  
I'd go for five bullets to the chest.
