AVALANCHE OR TSUNAMI?
If I had to choose my death between getting crushed by an avalanche or carried out to sea by a tsunami, I think I'd choose the avalanche. It would be a quicker death. Unless you didn't die right away. Then you'd be stuck under the snow, not knowing which way is up or down, desperately trying to dig your way out. You might have a lighter in your pocket, which would be cool, because you could use it to melt enough snow for a breathing space... A tsunami, however, still seems worse because you'd get carried out to sea, the shore becoming smaller and smaller until you can't see it anymore... you'd be thrashing your arms, gasping for air, choking on the salt water as the waves crashed over your head... then you'd see other people, their heads bobbing up and down amidst the swells, screaming for help yet knowing they are doomed. Finally, your lungs would fill with water and you'd sink beneath the surface, eyes open yet there is nothing to see except blackness as your chest heaves one last time... and your body slowly drops into the vast ocean of hell...
I'd go for the avalanche.
