IS IT JUST ME?

Is it just me, or does anyone else find themselves wanting to choke a few people now and then?  Is the whole world full of CRAP, or is it just me?  Like when I’m trying to pay a bill on the phone or find out why this month’s payment is ten dollars higher than last month?  And why do they ALWAYS have answers that make even LESS sense than the stupid freakin' bill I’m holding in my hands?  Why do I even bother calling because I know SOMEHOW, SOME WAY, the employee on the other end of the phone is going to tell me the extra charges are VALID and I have to pay them?!! IT NEVER FAILS!!! Sometimes I LAUGH at their explanation.   “You're so silly,” I tell them, “Don’t you feel ridiculous giving me an answer that doesn’t make any sense? I mean, COME ON- what is a "state allowance percentage charge?" WHAT IS THAT? Why don’t you call it, “YOU’RE A SCHMUCK” charge?  Or “F- YOU AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BECAUSE WE CAN” charge?  Or even better, how about, “YOU’RE ALL GETTING RAMMED UP THE ASS AND THERE’S NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT BECAUSE YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT" charge?  Speaking of,  what is UP with all these “contracts” now?  They make you sign a “contract” so when they start RAMMING YOU UP THE ASS you can’t do a THING about it!!!!!!!
